At Maya Bath, we are committed to providing high-quality, durable products that stand the test of time. All products come with a 10-year structural warranty that covers manufacturer defects. This warranty ensures protection against peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking of the products’s structure, including the acrylic panels, shower pan, and ceiling. Additionally, all steam shower parts are backed by a 3-year guarantee against defects. Maya Bath maintains a full inventory of replacement parts at our US-based warehouse and will arrange for spare parts to be delivered as needed. 

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors such as water, fire, or extreme weather
  • Labor and shipping costs related to installation or repair

Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@mayabath.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable

Once your claim is reviewed, we will coordinate the necessary replacement. 

Lifetime Warranty (optional)
At Maya Bath, we offer a lifetime warranty upgrade for just $499, giving you extended protection and peace of mind. This warranty is also transferable, making it a valuable feature for future owners. Whether you're looking for long-term assurance or added value, this upgrade provides the ultimate protection for your investment.
