I assumed the bench would hold towels and nothing else. I sit there every steam session. Height works for the back jets and there is still room for another person to stand under the shower.

Carrier gave us a four hour window then arrived the following morning. Not fun with contractors waiting. Bellagio was packed well and the actual shower is perfect, so the low rating is strictly for shipping. Steam, lights, jets and screen all worked at startup.

Sliding panels are heavy in a reassuring way but move easily. We had to adjust one roller after the first week and it has stayed aligned since. Seal keeps the steam where it belongs.
